How to obtain filming authorization?

In order to film in the Mangroves and Islands of Puerto Pizarro it is necessary to submit a request addressed to the Mayor of the Provincial Municipality of Tumbes with a copy to the Economic Development Manager of the Provincial Municipality of Tumbes, the entity in charge of granting the permit, signed by the producer responsible for the filming and/or photo shoot. This document must include detailed information about the project, the name and description of the responsible producer, details about the work route including the precise locations of the filming (it is recommended to attach photographs or a sketch of the place), the dates and times of the filming, the list of personnel with names, data and positions, as well as the filming equipment to be used. In addition, other information relevant to the project can be added.
