How to obtain filming authorization?

In order to film in the Amazon River it is necessary to send a request addressed to Dr. René Chavez Silvano - Regional Governor of Loreto with a copy to Lic. Luz Marina Chero Gratelli - Manager of the Regional Management of Foreign Trade and Tourism, the entity in charge of granting the permit signed by the producer responsible for the filming and/or photographic session. This document must include detailed information about the project, the name and description of the responsible production company, details about the work route including the precise filming locations (it is recommended to attach photographs or a sketch of the place), the dates and times of the filming, the list of the personnel with names, data and positions, as well as the filming equipment to be used. In addition, other information relevant to the project can be added.
