How to obtain filming authorization?

In order to film in Alpamayo Mountain ( Huascaran National Park) it is necessary to send a request addressed to the head of Huascaran National Park with a copy to the administrator of the Huaraz Operational Unit and signed by the producer responsible for the filming and/or photo shoot. This document should include detailed information about the project, the name and description of the responsible producer, details about the work route including the precise filming locations (it is recommended to attach photographs or a sketch of the place), the dates and times of filming, the list of personnel with names, data and positions, as well as the filming equipment that will be used. In addition, other information relevant to the project can be added.
