How to obtain filming authorization?

In order to film at Ahuashiyacu Waterfalls it is necessary to submit a request addressed to the President of the Alto Ahuashiyacu Association, the entity in charge of granting the permit, signed by the producer responsible for the filming and/or photo shoot. This document must include detailed information about the project, the name and description of the responsible producer, details about the work route including the precise locations of the filming (it is recommended to attach photographs or a sketch of the place), the dates and times of the filming, the list of the personnel with names, data and positions, as well as the filming equipment that will be used. In addition, other information relevant to the project can be added.
